Padaba Yoga came about on the 30th of November 2012.
“Padaba” is a local term of endearment from a local dialect in the Bicol Region. Bicol is located in the southern most tip of the Luzon Island in the Philippines. “Padaba” means “beloved.”
Annah believes that practicing from the heart (Anahata) creates more meaning and fosters overall well-being. Annah believes in a practice which has its roots on gentleness and compassion towards self, resulting in the radiation of positive and loving energy both inwards and outwards to share with everyone.
Hatha Yoga is the teaching style and integrates the 8 Limbs of Yoga in the “Padaba” Yoga Practice.
