About Annah Dellosa

Annah Torres Dellosa is the principal yoga teacher of Padaba Yoga and has been practising Yoga for almost 18 years with 2 years of intensive study at Nature Care College St Leonards NSW. The decision to learn and understand the science, art and practice of Yoga was brought about by a need to do something which is more sedate and not “Power” driven.

For Annah, Yoga is a big factor in balancing a very stressful lifestyle. Annah has been teaching for over 13 wonderful years. Annah’s vision is to share the joys of the practice of Yoga, to live in balance and harmony, and to have blissful moments on and off the mat.

Off the mat, Annah has an extensive background in the Advertising Industry. Her projects won various awards internationally. CLIO-New York, London International Awards, Creative Guild of the Philippines and Advertising Congress of the Philippines to name a few.

She is also a Film-maker and Photographer. Annah has conducted photography workshops for Women Leaders in Uzbekistan in Central Asia and also had the privilege of exhibiting along side artists in the Mosman Artist Society and Mosman Art Gallery (i.e. Ken Done, Paul Delprat, Anne-Nicole Casey to name a few). A few of Annah’s works are with collectors in Sydney, Manila, San Francisco and New York.

Her short film credits include, “The Floater,” screened at the Cannes International Film Festival, 2005 as Director of Photography. “The Taylor’s/Crossing Over” as Director of Photography with NAFA (Networking Action for Film-Makers and Actors), won the audience vote award in 2005.

At present, Annah spends most of her time in the kitchen. She has been cooking professionally for the past 10 years. Annah has received an award from the NSW Munch and Move Program in 2014 for a Healthy Recipe Competition for Children’s meals.

Annah has cooked for a diverse group of demographic ranging from Kindergarten Children, discerning café clientele in the South of Sydney and up until recently, she was the weekend Head Chef of The Billabong Retreat Wellness Centre in Maraylya NSW, West of Sydney.
